Went to the hair bar today. My appointment was for 11. I arrived around 5 minutes early. I sat there till 1115 after being told several times she was ready. The girls upfront were busy ordering Chinese for lunch. No manger spoke to me or even asked if someone else could do my hair as I saw several stylist just standing around. So disappointed there staff quality has really gone done hill.
This place is just amazing! The stylists are able to work with my frizzy curly hair with ease and the atmosphere is very chic. They also do makeup! The place is family owned so I've always had very personal service when I call or come in. They offer blowout packages at prices comparable to other blow out places as well as complimentary champagne or wine if you want it. I come every week now.
I've only come here for blow-outs (no cuts or color) but I've had a great experience every time. I usually just go to whoever's schedule is open when I want to come in, and each has been great. It's a beautiful space without being Preston Road busy traffic intimidating - all the stylists are really friendly. When I do have the same stylist a couple times, they've remembered me/my preferences and how my hair works, even if it's been a while. They're also cheaper than any other blow dry service I've tried around Dallas.
These ladies and gents are so wonderful! They will do everything in their power to make their customers happy! Order a complimentary mimosa with your blowout and feel truly pampered!
They also have blow out packages that save you SO MUCH MONEY!!! And come with fantastic free services too!
One of my favorite places for a blowout with my friends. I love to get a deep clean wash and a scalp massage with a conditioner mask. I enjoy a glass of champ and they always have the best chic flicks playing. They use Oribe products which I LOVE, they are expensive enough to purchase so I love that for the price I pay I know they are using good products. They are also available when I just want to come in for a quick wash and dry during my lunch break. I have used Cris today for the first time and he was awesome and very friendly. Ask for Cris, he's super fun and his blowout... AMAZING!!!! Definitely 5 stars!
