Over the top service with staff paying attention to every last detail. I LOVE the homemade protein bites! Champagne, fluffy robe, a true quiet room and massages & facials that make me feel like I'm a million miles away. I'm so thankful this jewel is in my area.
Just called today @ 9/16 @ 9:15 am and was treated incredibly rudely. I was simply asking for someone who possibly worked there since that was the number I was given as a point of contact for a client and couldn't have been treated more rudely. I often buy my wife spa packages for special occasions and this is not the place I will ever bring her, nor will I recommend anyone from my business to ever attend.

If you employ people that will hang up and repeatedly ignore agents who are attempting to make a reservation on behalf of our clients. Your failure in customer service will result in lost profits that will coincide with poor reputation being shared with friends and colleagues... resulting in additional loss of profits. Just thought that a business lesson was in order, please educate your employees on proper phone etiquette.
