Very wonderful store. They have recently moved to a temporary store due to a remodel, so they do not have as much of variety, but the lady helping me was incredibly helpful and sweet.
Was there in mid-March looking for swimwear for my birthday and the lady who attended to me was very sweet. She was very sorry that there weren't many of what I was looking for in the store and tried her best to help me get what I wanted. Granted she was a little elderly and slow so I told her I could search myself and not to worry but she said "No, no dear, it is my job, I must help you."
Current space while remodeling was tiny and next to no bras and a lot of the panty selection was sold out. The staff also treated me like I was a child and was very nosey. I should have just drove the extra 20 minutes to Northpark.
Staff not Friendly atall at Christmas Time!!! Wow. They will not honor 10 Off of 50 coupon the Company offers to survey them. Mgr said its the location policy.. I read the other reviews & thought with the tight economy, everybody wants a bit of customer's pocket but here it was different. will not recommand it to anybody. Most friendly staff i have seen so far is Parks Mall & Galleria.
Service was not good. I went in and had a question I looked around for a associate and couldn't find any. After I found everything I needed, checked out, went to leave and the alarm went off as I was leaving. Someone took my bag to the front to take the tags off & I got home and there was still a tag on my things. I do not live close to this store so this is very frustrating. This store used to be the best. They seemed very unorganized.
