A really nice store
Whatever I buy here for my wife, she likes it :-) so it's my safe bet
The quality of clothing here are great. They are very well made and can go through many washes. The style is very classic and a hint of chic/preppy so you can wear them forever. They have casual clothes, business clothes, fun clothes. The staff here are quick to help so no complaints there. The store is on the smaller side so they don't have as much variety as you wish they did. I also wish they hade more in their sale section. Also some of the sale items are final sale (which means you can not return them or exhange them no matter what) Other J.crew stores are much bigger. All in all, J. crew will never disappoint, I highly recommend shopping here.
Good selection and service but the prices couldn't compare to the GrapevineMills location
I've been a long time costumer and every time I step in this store I feel profiled and not treated with respect. Staff are not attentive at all and I'm surprised since I spend a lot of money at the store and I visit every two weeks
