Over-crowded, under-staffed, and un-organized. They don't employ enough staff to keep track of the mess created by the ravenous public as they stalk what each perceives to be the best price.
Thank you to Hailey for finding the dress I was looking for. The drive from Plano to Southlake was worth it, thanks to her over-the-top effort. Thanks to Raven, too. Speedy checkout near dressing room was effortless as well. Happy Trails!

I have NEVER been so rudely treated by a Nordstrom team member in my life. I actually use to work for the company in Atlanta and "Mark G" behavior would have never been tolerated. I will be sure to make sure I only shop at the main Nordstrom store since he proceeded to let me know they are a different entity. All I was trying to do was simply return a pair of shoes that I had just purchased, tried on at home and they were too big. I have never had an issue with that before- he said he would do it "this time"? Um I have the original receipt, problem? This kid needs a real lesson in old Nordstrom customer service.
I love shopping here. The have fantastic prices on designer brands. The customer service is wonderful!
