I've been shopping at old navy for years, however I made the mistake of coming to this location in attempt to return a pair of ankle boots that I only wore once. I explained to management that the boot was too small, I bought it because the next size up was too big. She didn't seem bothered to hear anything I had to say about the boot or the bruise it left on my ankles. She only said "you wore it we can't take it". I understood what she was saying and then asked if I could exchange or get a store credit again she said no and once again didn't care whatsoever about me, just the profit. I've never been so mistreated in my entire my life. I will not be shopping with this company that I truly loved and to those going to the southlake location I hope your experience is better.
I will never ever shop at this location again. Sale ad said men's jeans $19.00 and when they ring them up it was not coming up. So I pull the ad up show the manager she made me feel like I was lying. She said we will do it this time for you????? Really??? Why put a ad out and the sales people don't know what the heck is on it or how to ring it up?? Then you make your customer feel like I am lying and I told this to her. She said I didn't say you where lying... so I said after I show you the sale ad for today you can see it says 19.00 you preceded to say we will do it this one time for you. You should have said yes it sure does say that in the ad let me fix it for you... then the salesperson looked at me crazy when I said I also have a coupon. He said I didn't know about it. I show him it on my phone it says the promo code gameon and show him the scan bar??? Really??? Then I put my phone away. He says can I see that again???? What has our service industry gone???
I will never go here again. Horrible customer service. I work in retail ! I know I'm supposed to accommodate a customer. Old Navy in Southlake you are a failure and a disappointment!!!
Long line real nice at checkout and had my sizes with ok prices
