The ladies here were extremely nice and helpful. They helped me find matching clothes for attending a wedding very quickly, despite being tall and slim. For shoes, they pointed me to a perfect shoe store for my shoe size (11). All in all, absolutely wonderful. I will definitely be coming back!
There is one sales associate that always treats me like I'm stealing or going to steal every time I go into the store. It's funny, because I am fortunate to be a very successful young professional that lives Southlake and dresses nice. I always spend decent money in her store. But she'll make offhand remarks and follow me around. She commented on a necklace I tried on and acted like I had done something horrible and was definitely going to steal the necklace just because I put it on my neck. I've never stolen anything in my life and I definitely don't need to steal from a Talbot's. I wonder if anyone else receives treatment like this, or because it's simply that I'm under 30.
I have recently changed careers and needed a polished professional look. Karen Krause spent an hour with me putting together perfect outfits all within my budget. I am so grateful to her for my new look, I feel confident and stylish and I couldn't have done it without her. She is very knowledgeable about her floor inventory and would quickly get whatever I had in mind. She also introduced items I had overlooked or hadn't thought would go well together that looked smashing. She was so fun and positive to work with, it made the whole shopping experience a joy! You are lucky to have such an outstanding employee and I will be back to Talbots for a new season wardrobe.
