I don't even want to give this store a 1 star. Worst customer service ever. I called this morning and talk with a women trying to figure out what size I wear for nonslip shoes, she told me to come in and the young man that helped me seemed to be well really not to interested in help me after I drove 30 minutes to get to the store after getting off of work and said they didn't have any shoes I could try on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I WAS A FIRST TIME SHOPPER NOW A NEVER SHOPPER
I have finally found a footwear store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have shoes IN STOCK that fit my wide feet.
The other reviews say this place isn't helpful, but they've fixed that... At least for the day I went in (August, 2016).... Here's the issue... They are TOO helpful.. There isn't enough space in the store for how many employees make you feel pressured into asking questions. Wouldn't go here again unless I knew exactly what I wanted to buy.
Very cool boutique New Balance store. Not as large of a selection as one would think for the space, but a very cool store. Very knowledgeable staff.
I've had two major surgeries and my orthopedic surgeon recommended New Balance. A sales associate by the name of Lori spent an hour with me today trying on different sizes combined with different orthotics while smiling and be very informative. It was by far the best customer service I have eve received (including Luke's Locker) and will be purchasing from this store in the near future as soon as my incision is fully healed. Highly recommend!
