Horrible customer service. Do NOT shop here!! Had to come back 3 times because they couldn't figure out how to get my watch fixed. Will NOT be returning!!!
After being approved at the other Zales down the road, but leaving due to being unsatisfied with our experience, we decided to try out this Zales. We were helped by Zayle (not a joke, it's her real name!) and she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a very specific engagement ring and when they did not have it, she brought over another employee who was very knowledgeable in customization. They took the time to let me show them which bands, stones, etc. that I liked and were able to give us a rough estimate on the cost. We ended up with a great deal elsewhere, but my fiance still needs his wedding band and we will likely be coming back here for it. If you are looking for a Zales in Southlake, I would highly recommend this location over the other.
I really don't even know where to begin.. I had a wedding ring that the diamonds on the sides kept falling out. After 4 times of having to send my ring off within a year, I finally had enough. I went to exchange it for another ring that was lower maintainence, and they gave me the run around. Finally after being able to exchange my ring throwing a fit, we had to send them off to get sized and sawdered. They said I would get them in two weeks and it would be about $100. Then they call me a week later and say that it would cost almost $200. I said ok fine but I have family pictures on Saturday and asked if you are for sure it will be back in two weeks. The lady said yes. Called the day before family pictures today and they didn't even START on the ring.. they said for pictures they can go pick it up from the warehouse and we can just bring it back after pictures to get it Saundered and sized. Long story short they lied.. The manager is a liar! There's no way they could have picked it up that quick. I would have at least appreciated a phone call saying the expected date wasn't even for ANOTHER two weeks. Long story short- we will not be back!! Worst store I've ever walked into.
