Went in for my 50% off for my birthday month, with 4 pairs of earrings in mind. The store was out of all 4 pairs. The excuse was that Mother's Day "cleaned us out." I asked if they would give a rain check since it's my birthday month, and they said no but they can honor the discount into the first week of June. I went home and thought about it. Went back 2 days later to the color bar and they had the necklace I wanted in every setting except silver, which is what I wanted. And the girl said, "we are the highest selling store in Texas and we just had Mother's Day." Well if you sell the most in the state, and Mother's Day comes at the same time every year, why would you not plan your stock better? Very frustrating.
What can I say? My wife loves this store. You can buy Kendra Scott at a few different retail outlets. However, the company store here in Southlake is exceptional in service and selection. Highly recommended.

Went to buy a present and all the sales associates were busy, but the wait was still minor. The sales associate that helped me was very nice and attentive. The woman that rang up my purchase was also pleasant and asked if I would like my gift wrapped, complimentary. A nice bonus that I was not expecting. The store is quite small. I had my son with me, whose on the spectrum, and was shrieking with joy as he watched YouTube kids videos, but we were never made to feel unwelcome or inferior to any other customers. I truly appreciate this. Another sales associate was trying to engage with him, but he's nonverbal and wasn't responding but she acknowledge him just the same. They went
