We love our couch from them and they replaced a defective cushion no questions asked. It took a while to come from China but it got here and they got it done.
THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I thought this place was great for the last year while furnishing our home. I have spent well over 14k with them since March 2014. I have had several pieces damaged and have recently had a horrible experience with a return. Shawn P is the rudest supervisor to date. How you even treat a customer the way you do is beyond me. Funny they wont give you emails or numbers to anyone higher then Shawn himself. I will never do business with them again and will keep spreading the word. Southlake store manager states that buying new furniture is expected to have damages and they will just make repairs. NOT !!! This is not how you do business. PERIOD! Buyers and shoppers beware that if you find anything wrong with any piece it will be a nightmare.
The prices are awesome!!!! I saw a $1300 bookshelf at Nebraska Furniture Mart and it was just $200 at Weirs! That's unbelievable

Terrible customer service. Bought a desk and was told that I could pay $99 to have it delivered or pick it up from the store for free, in 2 days. Because I had some other shopping to do in the near future, I decided to make another trip to pick it up. When I got to the store we found that their Dallas warehouse shipped just the desk top. The legs and drawers weren't there. I was told that I could return 4 days later to get the item or pay $99 to have it delivered. Seemed like a lousy proposal. I was already going home empty handed and didn't want to make another 30-minute drive to the store, let alone wait 4 more days. I asked to speak to a manager, but the manager denied my request to have it delivered to my home for free, or do anything else to make the situation right, because "the situation wasn't exceptional enough" to warrant any enhanced customer service. Wow, duly noted Weirs, I will take my business elsewhere moving forward!
