The store manager took over. She never checked to see if my order on paper matched what was in the computer. It did not match I learned weeks later. We kept waiting and getting dragged out. We were on month 4 and only 2 of the 6 pieces we ordered were in. Finally after doing our dance which involved being told it was coming, etc., it became obvious they were selling a product they could not deliver on. At month 5 we stopped the bleeding and pain. I asked for money back but they would not cancel the order. Kept saying it was coming. Did a charge back. I called the store many times to get updates

We started out with Lola as our sales associate. She showed up a hour late to our home for consult with no explanation or apology. It was like it had not happened. We eventually ordered furniture (in spite of my apprehension) because we liked the product. We were told 4 to 6 weeks.
