I love this Doctor and her staff. I have twin autistic boys that tend to make appts a challenge. They are very helpful and understanding. They are so sweet and accommodating. I would recommend her to everyone!!
I Absolutely love Dr. Natalie Roberge. Dr. Roberge's and her staff have the most unbelievable patience for worry crazymo s like myself and not so cooperative patients. They make you feel comfortable and answer any question or concerns you may have, also very quick with call backs.
I have dealt with many doctors in the Cook Children's system I have liked, however Dr. Roberge provided the best service of them all. Her bedside manner is absolutely fantastic. She knows her craft, and yet can make it understandable to parents and was gracious with my other child who accompanied us to the visit. She rearranged HER schedule to accommodate my child's other procedure so that we would not have to do anesthesia twice. She absolutely did not have to do that and her willingness to go that extra mile was a gift to our family. She's worth the drive for incredible care!
