We walked in and NOBODY greeted us. We sat ourselves then asked if it was ok to do so since we didn't have anyone come to our table yet... it was. We ordered appetizers and they were bland, cold and tasted stale, the only thing that we tasted was an old, stale flavor that left a nasty taste in our mouths . There were 4 of us and all 4 meals were bad in their own way. Stale, bland, burnt, cold and some with expired cheese. We asked for silverware and got a fork... just 1. We ordered drinks but they were out of ALL Vodka, Jack Daniel and after 1 of us ordered Makers Mark with Ginger Ale and it tasted bad, he ordered Crown and Ginger Ale. They both tasted the same and not right. It turned out they didn't have Ginger Ale and decided to use Ginger beer instead without asking. The waitress only fessed up after we complained. I've been to McDonald's and had better food and service. I wouldn't eat there again if I had no food at home and no other choice. I would drive 50 miles out of my way and only had Gas Station food as my only another option. I'm unhappy we actually paid to eat there. They should've paid us.

The burgers were great, messy and sloppy so you know it is tasty

Best burger in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Do yourself a favor and get their loaded cheddar fries.

Where to start...

My husband and I met my mother in law here for dinner on a Saturday night. The cheddar fries were really good but other than that the food was not great. I know it was busy but the service was incredibly slow. It took over half an hour for our food to arrive after we FINISHED our appetizers. The waitress was sweet but did not know what came on one of their very few salad options when I asked. The menu is fairly limited so I feel like the wait staff should know the menu, but she could have been new. My husband ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich which is one of his favorite things but the one he received was extremely red and cooked to a crisp. He could only choke down about 2 bites which was disappointing after such a long wait. Don't think I would come again.

Tasty food, amazing ambiance and super friendly staff is what makes this place special.

The drawbacks for me is not to mention the HB buns are all with poppy seeds~hate poppy seeds and the guacamole had jalapenos~( I had the bacon guacamole CB) and my stomach doesn't get along with jalapeno.

The waitress was friendly and the service was very good. We received the food rather quickly and it was tasty.
