Unfortunately, the entire experience was marred by poor installation service from Samsung and their designated installer ServPro.

We had a wonderful experience buying a washer/dryer from this store.

More helpful than usual. Employees walking the isles are often too busy or act preoccupied to ask if I need help. Check out os self serve or maybe a cashier at the pro desk. I say, raise your prices a couple pennies and improve your customer service.

I've never had an issue here. Always an employee near by that I was able to ask where something was or asked if I need help finding anything. Always been able to get exactly what I'm looking for or something similar and/or cheaper.

I've yet to come here and have an employee ask if I need help. Two stars because when I Do ask for help, the employees seem very knowledgeable and willing to help.

To be honest the Home Depot and Lowe's are kind of a toss-up for me. Ordinarily when looking for bits I would go to Lowe's. But Lowe's pissed me off with a bunch of pop-up ads on the internet last night. So I went to Home Depot. I did find the torx bits that I was looking for. The people are friendly. And they got lots of stuff. So to me like I said Home Depot and Lowe's kind of a toss-up. One has things the other doesn't have. I go to one if I don't find what I'm looking for I go to the other.

Samsung gave us the run around and was not helpful at all but this Home Depot store took care of this by working with their own local installation service provider.
