Waited over 20 minutes for help in the paint section. People in red vests looked in my direction and kept walking to the customer service desk. I walked over to the customer service desk and was told with an attitude that it would be a moment. No apology. After 20 minutes and workers walking right past me, i left. As i past the customer service desk with 6 employees and 1 customer with a return, i explained why i was leaving. No apology, just an eye roll. I can not waste my time with Lowes any more. I will be going to Ace hardware.
We recently had a fantastic experience with Jeff in the flooring department. We had an urgent need for flooring after some issues during a remodel and Jeff was kind, courteous and helpful as we rushed to find a solution. He worked with the sense of urgency we needed and gave a great level of service while getting the job done quickly and coordinating with the installation team!

Nice selections, different than Home Depot. Knowledgeable employees. Do not like their return policy. It is not Target I am dealing with here. Home renovation projects can take months sometimes.
