Called to book an appointment and was informed that if your child is over three you are not allowed to go with them for their cleanings, x-rays, etc. This is an unacceptable practice and must be changed. Parents should NEVER leave their children alone with strangers, doctors or not. I'm would be surprised if this is even legal. Go somewhere else, where they respect parents and children's safety.
My daughters (4 and 9) LOVE Giggles and Grins. While most kids say “we have to go to the dentist”, my kids are always asking, “when do we GET to go back to the dentist?” They staff is amazing and my daughters have a fabulous and fun experience every time they’re there! I highly recommend Giggles and Grins! :)
Did a great job with my son who had an emergency. Made sure he was comfortable during the work. Works great with children. Dentist gave him $2 per tooth when the teeth were removed. "Tooth Fairy Money"
A few years ago, my husband and I took my step-son here . He had several issues and required quite a bit of work. That was basically his first dental experience and they ended up pulling a couple of teeth that same day, They were able to make him as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. We never had any trouble taking him back for additional work, no fear at all! That is saying something! Very nice people.
I love this place! My son actually looks forward to getting his teeth cleaned and seeing the dentist. Their staff is on top of everything, every time I go in or call. We are so lucky to have such great people taking care of our kiddo! Thanks for all you do!
