OK bike store for some equipment needs, but I would take your repairs and maintenance to a local bike shop like Mad Duck in Grapevine. There are many ride options from Mad Duck Cyclery during the week with Grapevine Chain Gang rides as well as the Sunday Morning Mad Duck Coffee Ride.
These guys were nice and helpful. I don't know what all the fuss is about.
I really like this place and the customer service is awesome. Aaron is great he has always gone above and beyond when it comes to fixing my bike or recommending the right gear.
Stay clear - Please go to your local bike shops. Bicycles INC, Mad Duck etc... Bought a bike for my wife and they sold her the wrong size and that's just the start of all that followed. The GM Ron comes across harsh and when you try to make a point he will talk over you and isn't sympathetic for their mistake. You get 100% better support for your purchase from the local guys - May be a little more but when you are investing thousands of dollars it is well worth peace of mind.
Awful customer service. No one spoke to us for 20 minutes. Went to back room and asked for help. Employee there claimed he was just in training, and couldn't help with the simplest requests. I asked if he could find someone who could. That person was busy, but would get to us. 10 minutes later, no change. I wanted to avoid Wal-Mart, but apparently they have far better customer service. At least they have a greeter to acknowledge my existence. I left fed up.
