The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. They clearly love all animals and have great affection for each client. My dog became comfortable with going to the vet after another vet clinic consistently scared the bathroom out of my dog as a puppy into adulthood. Glad there was a suggestion of this Animal Hospital. Fully capable staff and we are appreciative to have their services.
Extended "on hold" times. Every time I have called them they have placed me on hold from 1-3 minutes...when they do come back on the phone, they still need to call you back because "they can't currently" get the information on what I'm inquiring about. From a customer service perspective they are well behind current standards. I believe their veterinary staff is competent.
We've taken Oreo, our cat, here for about 10 years. He is totally blind now, which creates some increased challenges with his care. This weekend, he fell in the pool (he was outside alone) and luckily was rescued in time. It was traumatic for all of us. I was surprised to find that Golden Triangle was open on Saturday. I didn't know that! I called them in a panic and they were there and worked Oreo in urgently. His temp was 10 degrees below normal, he was vomiting, dizzy, unable to stand up, etc. They were compassionate and efficient in their care of him. He stayed the day; they were able to warm him up, and when I picked him up, he was angry and feisty. That was a good thing! Thank you Golden Triangle.
