We use their delivery and storage services, being quite happy with both. We enjoy the FOB access so we can come on our own schedule.
They loaded our wine when I was in the hospital and then delivery the same when I was still on the hospital they charge a lot of money but did not create an inventory for my wines. In my fort worth house I had two magnums of 1958 Petrus that was a gift from my boss in california. When I came home after the hospital I call them and ask where they were because they are not in my Dallas' house and he said that he did not have any idea because there is not inventory . I'm thinking of suing him
