I'm so disappointed with this company. They've been out 3 times now and out toilet is still leaking water all over the bathroom. The 4 different plumbers we've seen have each claimed to "fix" the issue, and it lasts a few weeks. Their customer service on the phone is pretty terrible, and they don't seem to care that they can't solve the problem. I would not recommend them at all.
My water heater started malfunctioning on a weekend so my normal plumbers were in available. I figured I'd try Ben Franklin. Technically it was a great company to work with, they have great perks and the scheduling admin was extremely helpful and courteous. The plumber arrived on time, but when he did, he hardly acknowledged my presence. Very unprofessional. He barely looked at my water heater and said it was broken and needed to be replaced. I am ignorant to water heater issues so I trusted him. He then shows me a pamphlet with 5 options of what I can buy--all of which are extremely over priced. He didn't explain what any of the options were so I had to ask LOTS of questions. Once I signed the paperwork, he was much more friendly.
In the end, it seems like a great company but I think I was stuck with a sub par plumber. Hopefully you'll have a better experience should you get a different plumber with Ben Franklin.
Excellent and prompt service. Justin was very pleasant and informative. Explained all issues and gave advice to prevent repeat of problems. I recommend this company highly.
Required emergency service and they were there within an hour at no additional charge. The repair took two hours and they left the room without any trace of them being there. Excellent service. Reasonably priced.
