I've shopped here at least a dozen times and they never fail to greet me when I come in, ask if they can help me find anything, help get the big bags of dog food down, suggest remedies for things when I discuss my pet's ailments (after listening patiently!). They are top notch. They recommended some hemp extract for my dog's anxiety and there is nothing else that comes close to its effectiveness. They are wonderful people and they have great pet food and nice products all around.
Visited my parents with my dog and their kennel wasn't big enough for him! I was able to go in and quickly get one for him (on sale, too)! The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful, and carried the kennel out to my car. My pup also got loved on by the staff which was great! :)
I absolutely love this store. Every time I go in there I am greeted instantly and they are always eager to help me out. It's like I'm walking into a friends business not a commercial business I will always go there.
I shopped at Hollywood Feed more and more. The big name company on the web just opened a warehouse in my state. Since I have to pay sale tax anyway, I opted to check out HF. It's easy to shop and return. They also have a 'Buy 12 Get 1 Free' program on dog food, which is a plus. The store personnel are helping me with anything i need when it comes to dog. It's like a small 'pop and mom' store, you get the feeling they belong to the community. Thanks...
Surprisingly deceptive and dismissive service in their Southlake, TX store today, which refused to honor the case price listed on the product shelf. The staff refused to provide store manager, owner, or corporate leadership information to escalate my concern, so I had to find it online. When I spoke to regional manager Cainin Hooks, I was shocked by how dismissive, disinterested, and disrespectful he was during our brief call, which he ended without notice. I believe in supporting local small businesses, but not those that turn business away so rapidly and rudely. Hollywood Feed is making it even easier to shop at convenience retailers like Amazon. #backtoamazon
