Would have been 5 stars, but one of the zip lines was broken & great near the picnic pavilion was saturated/muddy due to a fault sprinkler. Otherwise a fun place for kids to play, some equipment not readily available at most playgrounds.

The best park we've ever visited!! Awesome splash pad, tons to climb on, and the kids zip line was far too cool!

Very nice place to hold events. Beautiful facility. Another addition is under construction. Everything is new and clean.

We went to the playground part of the park. This is a well designed playground. It is completely enclosed by a fence, and has one gate entrance with doors that would be heavy for little kids to open. There are places all around the park for adults to sit; benches and short walls. There are trees which provide shade in some places. There is a big playground area with climbing 'fort' and long curly slides and monkey bars. There is bark ground underneath so it's not too hard. There are swings for little kids and for bigger kids which require an adult to push them. There is a merry go round type structure on a very springy surface. There is a big sandy area for dirt play. There is a splash pad with buttons to push and make sprinklers come on that your kids can run through. The coolest thing is the artificial 'creek' which ends in the water spewing out the big dragon's nostrils. Now, having said all this positive stuff, you really do have to supervise your kid, because despite all the safety features, they still can get hurt. They can fall in the playground area and they can slip in the water area (although not so much IN the water, but just on the concrete sidewalks surrounding those areas, which are slippery). They can get hit by swings if they walk in front of them. So it's not just a 'run-wild' type of place. But with normal supervision, it's a GREAT little park! There are clean bathrooms just outside the gate, and there are picnic tables a short walk away. BEST of all...this is a FREE park!

Wonderful place for kids of all ages. Lots of activities and shady places to sit. Picnic table's under a covered awning. Completely enclosed.
