I sat and watched as whoever looked to be in charge fumbled with the soda machine while the rest of the staff stopped finishing orders. So the old man ahead of me, his burgers sat at their prep table for 10 minutes. He returns and suddenly the staff pick up their pace. I watched mine sit long enough that I ask the guy (the one in charge, mind you) if it's still hot, he chuckles with a "yeah" and carries on without even a pause. My burger was just warm enough to eat, but it's still disappointing I paid $13 for a burger that's just good enough not to ask for it remade. What kind of service doesn't make sure the customer is happy? I mean c'mon, these burgers aren't cheap.
Stephen A was courteous and friendly. He fried up the Cajun fries perfectly. I really like this location. Parking isn't ideal but that can be said for all of town square.
I hope the management reads these...
The food is good. But not $15 for the cheapest burger drink and fries on the menu. That's just ridiculous.
I still feel bad for the guy ahead of me, there's no way his burgers were served hot.
I've has mixed experiences at this location. If it wasn't the closest one to my job, I wouldn't come here. Parking is inconvenient, the staff isn't that friendly and the prices don't justify the burger anymore.
I love 5 Guys. This was my first time at this location. I really do not remember a burger, fries, and drink costing $16. It's good, but not that good.
Came in Friday at 12:15. Kid at the counter didn't acknowledge me, took my order without smiling (I get it, kid) and then gave me my receipt. 13 minutes later, no food. He comes out and starts wiping down tables, including the one I was sitting at. Not sure why he bothered, there's still burger remnants.
