Excellent place and great management. You get a lot of variety, which you may not find at every other Costco in DFW. Not only that, the management is very helpful. Here is a particular incident - A couple months ago, i had a dispute with print center, wherein i paid the money in full, but they only printed less than half the photos, since the number was big and costco was about to be closed, i left the print counter without counting the photographs. Later on, after reaching home, i found that about 160 photos were missing. Next time when i came back to them, i told print-center what happened last time, but it was extremely difficult for them to 'locate my order' or help with any refund. Then i went to the store manager and she instantly got me a refund. Wish i had gone to her earlier. Other than print center, my experience of this store has always been pleasant.
I love this Costco! Not as big as others but have decent offerings. One thing I dislike is the return staff. Wish they could be nicer sometimes.
This is a great store if you have a family and need to shop in bulk for reasonable prices. They have so much variety. They have a lot of different types of frozen foods and dry goods. They have a lot of seasonal items so not a lot stuff stays on the shelves for too long. Their hot food items are quite good. Everyone loves the free food samples. They also print good quality photos. The employees are always nice and professional.
Overall a great store and wonderful employees. A real joy to visit the store.
Costco is Costco. It is as you can expect. Good selection and good prices. Atmosphere is lacking but it is a warehouse store and it’s hard to control atmosphere in this setting. Sometimes it’s hard to find an associate to help unless it is jewelry, tires or electronics.
Other than that, not complaining.
If you catch the wine or beer staff out they are very pleasant to answer your various questions also.
