My family moved to Westlake in August, 2017. A realtor friend suggested Glen Alan Salon for haircuts. My husband went to Miles and got a fantastic haircut. Our two grandsons also went to Miles and got the best haircuts they have ever gotten (a ten year old and a four year old). I went to Glen for my haircut and style. I was so thrilled with the result. Glen is professional and so kind.
Amazing place to get a great haircut! Sarah did an amazing job, she listened and gave me exactly what I wanted and I love my new style. The whole staff was so nice and it was so easy to make an appointment same day.
Top notch salon with fantastic people, great products & a beautiful space! I usually call last minute to see if I can be squeezed in and they can always accommodate and each different stylist has been remarkable, their training is rigorous & continually learn new trends/products so they have excellent talent across the board!
Set up appointment for a specific time; called 1 hour ahead of time to confirm being 10 min late is acceptable. They decided it wasn't acceptable after i drove here and reaching before 10 min. They had my number; at least they could have called back to let me know.
